Here are the frequently asked questions and their answers from Spri.ng's FAQ page:
Q: What products can I create and sell?
A: Almost anything. You can create both digital and physical products by heading to the launcher.
Q: How much do products cost?
A: Spring for creators is free to use. You set your selling price and keep 100% of the profit. Spring’s fee is included in the base cost of the product. For example, if the base cost of a t-shirt is $10 and you set the selling price as $24, you would keep $14 in profit. See product prices in our product launcher here.
Q: What are the shipping timelines?
A: We guarantee to produce all orders and provide a shipping tracking number within 10 business days of the order date. Please note that fulfillment time doesn’t include the time it takes for an order to be delivered. Learn more about shipping here.

A: Learn how to navigate and use all the tools in your dashboard here.
Q: How does Spring ensure my products are high-quality?

Q: What business practices are important to Spring?
A: All product suppliers are asked to comply with an ethical code of conduct that covers health and safety regulations, labor and human rights laws, and ethical business practices. Spring prioritizes suppliers who offer eco-friendly products or use practices that reduce environmental impact.

Q: How do I report a listing?
A: If you see a design that is offensive or problematic, please report it using the ‘Report this listing’ link located directly below the “Add to cart” button. Once reported, our legal team will review the listing within 24–48 business hours and take action accordingly. Learn more here.
Q: I'm not sure where to start.
A: Visit our resource center for advice on where and how to get started.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Visit the ‘payouts’ tab in your dashboard and select ‘get paid’. Once you’ve connected your payment method (PayPal or Payoneer) and have made your first sale, you can request a payment. Starting 11/1/2023, payout requests received by the 21st of the month will be processed by the end of the month. Payout requests received after the 21st will be processed by the end of the following month. Creators can request a payout within 24–48 hours of a listing’s print cycle ending, once orders are dispatched. Pending payouts worth less than $100 can be requested every 3 days. It’s best to group your payouts and request more funds at one time. Learn more here.
Q: What are digital products?
A: Digital products are non-physical assets sold by means of a downloadable link online. They can be anything from an e-service, e-book, digital event, printable product, and much more.
Q: How are my profits calculated for digital products?
A: You can add digital products to your Spring store for free. When you make a sale, a 20% processing fee and a $0.40 transaction fee will be applied. For example, if you’re selling Lightroom Presets for $10, you’ll earn $7.60 in profit for each sale ($10 – $2.40). Remember, you’re in full control of your profit margins and can adjust the selling price at any time. Learn more here about how digital products work.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes on my payouts? What do I need to do?
A: Creators who have requested more than $600 USD in payouts in 2023 may be prompted to provide more information by filling out a 1099 form. Make sure your email is correct and up to date in your Spring account so we can send it to you. If your Tax Exemption Type has changed within the calendar year (e.g., from Individual to Corporation), please notify us as soon as possible by submitting a request to our team here.
