What are Fulfillment Regions?

Fulfillment regions are specific locations from where our partners fulfill and ship orders. We currently have fulfillment partners in the US, EU, Mexico, India, and Australia. These regions help streamline the delivery process and bring your products closer to your fans!

Why is Local Fulfillment Important?

Local fulfillment offers a fantastic opportunity for creators with a large fan base in specific regions. Here’s why it matters:

• Faster, Cheaper Shipping for Fans: Your fans get their products quicker and at a lower cost.
• More Sales & Stronger Market Presence for You: Unlock new sales opportunities and build a stronger connection with your local audience.

Can I Only Sell to Local Fans with Local Products?

No! Fans can still purchase any product from your store, regardless of the fulfillment location. However, shipping might be slower and more expensive for products shipped from outside their region. Local fulfillment just offers a quicker and cheaper alternative for your fans.

Fulfillment Region Product Availability

• US & EU: Nearly all products can be fulfilled from print partners in these regions.
• Mexico & India: We offer a growing selection of products that can be fulfilled locally in Mexico and India. To discover products that can be locally fulfilled in Mexico or India, follow these simple steps:

1. 1. Log in to your Spri.ng account.
   2. Click "Create Product" in the left menu.
   3. In the Design Launcher, find "Fulfillment Locations" at the top.
   4. Choose the region you want to see products for from the dropdown menu.
   5. Browse the list of products that can be shipped locally within that region.

How Do I Launch Locally Fulfilled Products?

1. 1. Log in to your Spri.ng account.
   2. Click "Create Product" in the left menu.
   3. Look for "Fulfillment Locations" in the top menu of the Design Launcher.
   4. Click the down arrow and choose the desired fulfillment region (Mexico or India).
   5. You'll see a list of products that can be fulfilled from that region.
   6. Choose your product and follow the usual steps to create and launch your listing.

How Does Pricing Work for Local Products?

Setting up pricing for local products is simple. You only need to set the price for the US-fulfilled version. We’ll automatically adjust prices, shipping costs, and fulfillment times for fans based on their region. Fans in India and Mexico will see pricing and shipping details that are relevant to their location. For products not available locally, fans will see US-based pricing and shipping info.

Do I need to re-launch products to enable local fulfillment on existing listings?

No need for a full re-launch! Here’s how to quickly enable local fulfillment for existing listings:

1. Log in to your Spri.ng account.
2. Find the listing you want to update.
3. Click the "Listing Settings" icon next to the listing name.
4. Select "Start Print." This will initiate production for current orders, relaunch the campaign, and reset the print cycle to 3 days.

Once done, fans in regions with local fulfillment will see local prices, shipping costs, and fulfillment times. Alternatively, you can re-launch via the “Edit Design” button.
