FAQ:
What is 2FA?
- 2FA is an additional security measure that we offer to help protect your account. On top of needing your login information, you will also need your 2FA token to access your account.
Do I need to save my 2FA token?
- Your 2FA token will be generated via Google Authenticator. You will need to ensure that you keep the Google Authenticator app downloaded to your device so that you don't lose access to that code.
What if I get locked out of my account?
- If you get locked out of your Spring account due to an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA), please contact our support team via the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
